We recognized public-private partnerships as a new, strong and efficient model of financing which is as yet insufficiently developed in our market. Together with our clients we find simple solutions for public-private partnership projects according to the individual needs of each client.
As public revenues most often do not suffice to implement such projects, it is essential to employ private and banking sector resources and expertise.
This is the way to finance the projects which would not be feasible otherwise amid budgetary restrictions; it ensures a more efficient use of resources through better access to the sources of capital and professional project management.

After a string of workshops and seminars organized across Croatia on the topic of public-private partnership, the deparmtnet has worked on several major PPP projects, mostly investments in sports halls and schools, among which the "Fran Galović" high school and sports hall in Koprivnica stands out in particular as the first public-private partnership project to have been completed in Croatia.
We are also actively involved in financing the construction of extensions to 20 schools and 6 sports halls in the Varaždin County.
