Research for the purposes of this policy is investment research as defined by the Capital Markets Act (NN 84/08, herein The Law) and other applicable bylaws and regulations written by research analysts, which is published to clients.

This policy has been prepared in response to The Law the disclosure and management of conflicts of interest which arise in relation to our impartial investment research (herein research). It does not create third party rights or duties that would not already exist if this policy had not been publicly available, and it does not form part of any contract between Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank and/or affiliate and any client or prospective client.
