Hypo Centre is a multifunctional business centre situated at the corner of Slavonska avenue and Marohnić Street in Zagreb.
The main motivation for the decision to build Hypo Centre was the challenge to improve the quality of service offered by Hypo Group Alpe Adria in Croatia, as it unites all Hypo Group companies under one roof. An important partner in the realization of the project is the City of Zagreb. As it is situated in the center of the Alpe-Adria region, the new Hypo Centre will become an important meeting point for the whole Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International AG Group.

Furthermore, the building unites the office premises of all companies belonging to the Hypo Alpe-Adria-Group in Croatia as well as a Bank branch with a 24 h service zone.

Hypo Expo XXI a multifunctional modern state-of-the-art conference & exhibition centre with a total size of 3.500 m2 is part of the Hypo Centre.

The main hall of the conference & event centre can host up to 1600 guests. It is also the ideal infrastructure for small exhibitions, conferences and events for up to 550 guests.

All conference rooms are close to the elevators. Within the Centre, there is also a wardrobe for 1000 people.
